It did not study whether or not the CFS was a flawless organization. It studied whether or not the CFS membership should be put forward to students. (He repeated this twice)

Question: What is Fede doing there? Question: Why are there so many laptops? Question: Are people in the boardroom reading this?
1 - Federico Carvajal is the Chair. 2 - A lot of laptops "to save paper." 3 - They can't read it, because they do not have wireless access and I was the only one who thought of bringing an ethernet cable (Ethernet? Whatever. That blue wire)
As for François Picard, he is the Executive Manager of the SFUO. He is the minute taker of the Board.
Executive Coordinator, not Manager. The SFUO formerly had a general manager which was a permanent staff position with significant power, and a office manager with was about one level lower.
Now the general manager and office manager have been replaced by three equal-level staff positions: executive coordinator, business director and finance director. To simplify things, the executive coordinator essentially covers the former office manager role + the human resources aspect of the former GM.
July 27th will either be a historic day for the Student Federation of the University of Ottawa (SFUO) and the Canadian Federation of Students (CFS), or, it will be just another chapter in a long saga between the two organizations.
In honour of Kady O'Malley, Wassim Garzouzi, from the Ryerson Free Press and La Rotonde, will be live blogging, while colleagues Jason A. Chiu, also from the Ryerson Free Press, and Frank Appleyard, from the Fulcrum, take care of the visuals.

How do you feel about the Board's decision to become prospective member of the CFS?

Executive manager? Sounds awfully contrived. I wonder who was on the hiring committe. *cough*
