Dean Haldenby talks fairness

Dean Haldenby goes on the line by saying that this is the fairest process he has seen.

Says that 2 members of the SFUO and 2 members of the CFS having to agree on a process to have a referendum, is the most fair solution.

Also says the two people, chosen by the Board, to sit on the committee, is also a fair process.

Says it has been much too long. Says that he is for the motion.
