Jonathan Weber - He supports the idea

Jonathan Weber from Engineering supports the idea of a referendum, but is worried about Referendum quorums.

Shoots out a 3% voter turnout in the last byelections. Talks about apathy. What happens if Quorum is not met?

Seamus Wolfe answers back. If Quorum is not met, and Quorum can be higher than the minimum already planned. He says general elections attract more than 10%. He says that if the Quorum was set and it was not met, the Referendum would fail.

Faris Lehn, from the committee, answers. He says this issue never came back. And says CFS brings out the highest turnout than any other election. So this would not be an issue.
