Faris Lehn - Social Sciences- responds to Ray

Faris Lehn, member of the committee, answers to Adam Ray.

According to Lehn, the research showed that the bylaws and rules for referendums are very clear, and almost, across the board, when the procedure was followed, there was no issue, but when the rules were not followed, they would encounter problems.

He says there is failsafe, because if there is a 2-2 committee and they disagree, there will be no referendum to join.

He feels it is legitimate to discuss who will be on the committee. But says students will ultimately make the decision.
